Born in Balıkesir in 1973. Completed primary education in the same city. Graduated from Kuleli Military High School. Attended the Military Academy. Graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences - Department of Business Administration. Studied in the Entrepreneurship Master's Program at Dokuz Eylül University Institute of Social Sciences. Truly a lifelong learner.

Worked for various companies in the private sector.

Primary areas of focus include agricultural economics, rural development, and entrepreneurship.

Conducts publishing and consultancy work particularly for the agricultural sector. Publishes Hasat Türk, the only agriculture and food newspaper in our country.

Has published many articles and delivered presentations on agricultural economics and rural development.

In recent years, serves as partner, member, and executive in various non-governmental organizations, primarily cooperatives and associations.

Married with one son.
